Meet Max Moody
Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida Max has been an integral part of All United Contracting Inc’s foundation and growth. Max has devoted and invested time while leading various functions, advising, and assisting with development from the ground up. Max was instrumental in the development and launch of project management, productivity, overall efficiency improvement as well as the formulation of several corporate safety initiatives.
As Chief Executive Officer of All United Contracting Inc., Max is primarily responsible for ensuring all of our customers, business partners and clients are provided and receive exceptional customer service, individualized attention to detail on all projects, resulting in a professional and exceptional construction experience for all. Max will oversee all operations, from short term planning to sustainable growth. Additionally, working alongside each team to support and energize the driving force of their trades to reach their full potential and complete each project with excellence.
After a successful start to his career, Max has served in a variety of project management, estimating & operational positions. Max’s experience, strong academic credentials, and ability to identify, motivate, and lead a successful workforce make him a critical member of All United’s management team. In his role as CEO, Max will develop and continue to grow the company’s electrical business to reach out and provide continued service to utility companies, Fortune 500 companies, corporations, individuals, clients, and institutions who demand world-class service.
When he is not working, Max enjoys playing basketball, or a day on the boat in the Florida waters relaxing with Caitlyn and their beautiful twin daughters.

Meet Kevin Clinard
When you first meet Kevin, it does not take long to appreciate his passion and love for the electrical industry that started at a very young age. As Chief Operating Officer of All United Contracting Inc., Kevin plays a vital role in new business development by acting as the liaison between clients and the company. In this capacity, he initiates bids, assists with estimate and proposal development, and monitors the proposal presentation, review, and acceptance process. In meeting all his varied responsibilities, he works closely with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction with every project and to build long-term relationships based upon consistent delivery of high-performance systems and services.
Kevin’s mind was set on the name “All United”, a firm that not only provides superior electrical services but superior customer service as well. Prior to venturing out on his own, Kevin was a division manager for an electrical firm that serviced many different facets of the electrical industry: servicing many commercial buildings and government military facilities which enabled Kevin to become an expert in these same areas. With over 46,000 hours of hands-on electrical field experience, a master’s Electrical License, and the undivided support of his family he started All United Contracting with his partner, finally making that dream a reality. “I was determined not to waste my previous business experience and background knowing that if I combined my ‘blue collar’ hands-on electrical skills with some of my ‘white collar’ business skills I could create a premier and unique electrical services firm that focuses on both the results as well as the client experience.” Kevin shares.
Using his extensive industry and systems expertise, Kevin ensures that clients obtain the electrical solutions they need to meet today's demanding energy and other facilities challenges. As head of the project management department, he participates in key project decisions, meets with clients and general contractors, visits job sites, and maintains continuous communications with project teams. He also coordinates project managers, superintendents, field personnel, and the estimating department to ensure consistently high-quality service delivery, effective working relationships, and productive day-to-day operations.
Kevin and his wife Theresa have 3 children. He is a diehard Georgia Bulldogs fan, and you can usually find him cheering his girls on a softball tournament or saltwater fishing.
