The building is a concrete/metal structure with extensive use of glass & metal accents and private balconies.

The 3rd floor features a pool and amenity deck including a club room that opens to an outdoor entertaining area, including refreshment seating, grilling areas, a water wall fountain, tropical gardens and private terraces.
